Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 11 May 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 May 2005, PAUL MICHAEL MARSDEN, of 3 West Road, Clapham Park, London SW4 7DL, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Saville and assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Marsden instead of the surname of Saville so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Paul Michael Marsden exclusively.
