Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 19 April 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3 May 2005, Clare Louise Christie, of 2 Ystrad Barwig Cottage, Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd, as the person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said SEREN LEE PHILLIPS-CHRISTIE, who is a child and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Seren Lee Drewe and assumed the name of Seren Lee Phillips-Christie.
