Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 June 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 July 2005, Neil Trevor Mason and Michaela Mason as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of BETH HARPHAM, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, the said Beth Harpham abandoned the name of Mason and assumed the name of Harpham.
