Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 February 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 February 2006, Shaynee Kerr Townend, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of TAYLOR LEIGH PENTELOW DAVEY, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Taylor Leigh Pentelow and assumed the name of Taylor Leigh Pentelow Davey.
