Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3 May 2006, as Angela Louise Hancock on behalf of both DANIEL JAMES HANCOCK and JAIME LOUISE HANCOCK, single children and both British citizens abandoned the names of Daniel James Thomas Carman and Jaime Louise Rose Carman and assumed in lieu thereof the names of Daniel James Hancock and Jaime Louise Hancock respectively.
