Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 April 2006, Almarie Chiquita Wright-Germain, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said TYREEK DAVENTE EDWARDS, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tyreek Davente Constantine and assumed the name of Tyreek Davente Edwards.
