Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 19 July 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 August 2006, by Alison Jayne Creighton, of 11 Eastfield Place, Sutton-in-Craven, Keighley, West Yorkshire BD20 7EX, and by Mark Anthony McManus, of 25 Mill Close, Settle, North Yorkshire, the persons having parental responsibility for LUKE ANTHONY CREIGHTON, who is 15 years old, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Luke Anthony McManus and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Luke Anthony Creighton.
