Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11 July 2006 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 4 May 2006, I, EMMA MCQUISTON, of 8 Reston Place, London SW7 5DY, single and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the name of Emma Clare Adetokunbo Jadesimi and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the name of Emma McQuiston instead of Emma Clare Adetokunbo Jadesimi so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Emma McQuiston exclusively.
