Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 August 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 September 2006, Norman Peter Thomson and Mrs Eileen Thomson as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said ELIZABETH CLAIR ANDREWS-THOMSON, who is a child, single, and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Elizabeth Clair Andrews and assumed the name of Elizabeth Clair Andrews-Thomson. 4 September 2006.
