Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 July 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 March 2007, T A Oberiko, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said DAVIDNIYIOBERIKO, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of David Ejiroghene Itunu Niyi Davis and assumed the name of David Niyi Oberiko.
