I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 16 January 2007, and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, I, Winifred Homer, of 13 Wilmcott House, Tyseley Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO5 4NA, the mother of John Edward Brain, a child and a British Citizen, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of John Edward Couper and assumed the name of JOHNEDWARDBRAIN .
