Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 December 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 January 2008, P A V Simpson, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said BODEN PETER SIMPSON-MAHER, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Boden Peter Maher and assumed the name of Boden Peter Simpson-Maher.
