Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 February 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 March 2008, M J Ralph, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said LIAM ANTONY HEAP who is a child, single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Liam Antony Ralph and assumed the name of Liam Antony Heap.
