THE PLANT HEALTH (ENGLAND) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2009
In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (England) (Amendment) Order 2009 (SI 2009 No. 587) will come into force on 1 April 2009. Copies of this Order are available from The Stationery Office.
