Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 August 2009 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 21 September 2009, Nicola Karen Alice Sayer of 12 Wellington Close, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 2EE as a person having parental responsibility for SAMUEL JOHN TAYLOR SAYER, renounced and abandoned, on behalf of Samuel John Taylor Sayer, the name of Samuel John Taylor Southan, and in place thereof assumed, on behalf of Samuel John Taylor Sayer, the name of Samuel John Taylor Sayer. Samuel John Taylor Sayer is single, a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1.
