A petition to wind up the above named Company of Fairfields, Siston Lane, Webbs Heath, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5LX, presented on 17 November 2009, by SPECIALIST HIRES LIMITED of Lydd Yard, Mill Lane, Aldington, Ashford, Kent TN25 7AL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester District Registry, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ, on 4 January 2010, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 23 December 2009.
