I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 1 June 2009 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 5 February 2010, I, Natalie Powell of 47 Heol Rhyd Y Bedd, Pant, Merthyr Tydfil CF48 2DS, the mother of Aleesha Leigh Powell, an unmarried child and a British citizen by birth renounced and relinquished and abandoned the name of Beddis and assume the name of Powell under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
