Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 January 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 February 2010, Rachael Mary Bell, 29 Lonsdale Avenue, Torrisholme, Morecambe LA4 6RY is separated, a British citizen under section 11(1) British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Pegg and assumed the name of Bell.
