I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 1 February 2010 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 2 March 2010, I Charlotte Ellen Devereaux Reynolds, of The Bungalow, The Rear of Thornbury Close, Clwydyfagwr, Merthyr Tudfil CF48 1HP, the mother of Jessica Leigh Reynolds, an unmarried child and a British citizen by birth renounced and relinquished and abandoned the name of Graham and assume the name of Reynolds under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
