Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 May 2010 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 10 June 2010, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Joshua Edward Toyne, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Joshua Edward Compton-Toyne and assumed the name of Joshua Edward Toyne.
