A meeting of creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the liquidator under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of passing the following resolutions:

1. To agree that the Liquidator’s remuneration be fixed in accordance with Rule 4.127(2)(b) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, by reference to the time properly spent by him and his staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, without further reference to creditors.

2. To agree that the Liquidator be authorised to draw Category 1 Disbursements incurred in the liquidation.
