DECLARATION OF AN EXTENSION TO THE CWM CLYDACH NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANELLY IN THE COUNTY OF MONMOUTH
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Legislation section: Section 19(1) of the Legislation: National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35(1)(b) of the Legislation: Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Cwm Clydach National Nature Reserve No 3 Declaration made on 3 February 2012 the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 6.92 hectares (17.01 acres) or thereabouts situated in the Community of Llanelly in the County of Monmouth and shown edged red on the plan attached to the declaration has been acquired and is being held by the Council and that the said land is being managed as a National Nature Reserve.
Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of Monmouthshire County Council, PO box 133, Croes-y-ceiliog, Cwmbran NP44 9BX from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of the Countryside Council for Wales, Cantref Court, Brecon Road, Abergavenny NP7 7AX and at the Headquarters of the Countryside Council for Wales at Maes-y-Ffynnon, Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2DN from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
