Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 February 2012, as person/persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Caitlin Annie Burt Mills, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Caitlin Annie Burt and assumed the name of Caitlin Annie Burt Mills.
