WHEREAS there was this day read at the Board a letter dated 11th day of July 2013 from Denis MacShane, asking that his name be removed from the list of Members of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council:

NOW, THEREFORE, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Privy Council, it is hereby ordered, that the name of the said Denis MacShane be removed from the list of Members of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council.
