the Plant Health (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development(1), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3(1)(2) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967(3) has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Plant Health (Amendment No. 2) Order 2010.

This Order was made on 7th July 2010 and will come into operation on 17th August 2010. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2010 No. 232 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
