Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 11th July 2002, Axa Equity & Law Life Assurance Society plc transferred to Axa Sun Life Public Limited Company all of the interest held by it in Parallel Ventures Syndications L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL3396 and Axa Equity & Law Life Assurance Society plc ceased to be a limited partner and Axa Sun Life Public Limited Company became a limited partner in Parallel Ventures Syndications L.P.
