Notice is hereby given that on 4th November 2002 an Initial Writ was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Raymond Alexander Stevenson, residing at 44 York Street, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire craving the Court inter alia that AJS Enterprises (Peterhead) Limited having its registered office at 100 Union Street, Aberdeen be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland, in which Writ the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 4th November 2002 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the craves of the Initial Writ should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Castle Street, Aberdeen within 8 days after advertisement.
