Notice is hereby given that on 20th November 2002 a Petition by Skyhooks Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 2 The Cottages, Kennet Pans, Clackmannan, FK10 4BW, was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Alloa for restoration of Skyhooks Limited to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. Any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Alloa within 21 days of this advertisement.
