Notice is hereby given that on 25th March 2003 a Petition by Jorn Ramfloy, former Company Secretary of Strathtower Limited, a Company Registered under the Companies Acts, having its last Registered Office at 22 St Patrick Square, Edinburgh, EH8 9EY, has lodged an application in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Acts 1985 seeking restoration of the Company to the Register of Companies. If any person intends to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted they should lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Office of Court, Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh within 21 days of this advertisement.
