Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Donachie Developments Limited on 12th May 2003 craving the court to order that Donachie Developments Limited having its registered office at 4 Hunter Place, Falkirk, Stirlingshire, FK2 8QS, be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. The Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 12th May 2003 ordered all parties having an interest to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days of such intimation, advertisement and service.
