The Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 17th June 2003 allowed all persons having an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, of which Notice is hereby given.
