Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Giles Tuker Ltd., of Brocks Farm, Runsell Green, Danbury, Essex, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial numbers 8/37/36/S/5 and 8/37/36/S/40, which both authorise abstraction of water from a tributary of the river Chelmer, at National Grid References TL 797 058 and TL 801 056 respectively, at Brocks Farm.   The variation being applied for is to remove the area of land currently covered by the licence and to allow the transfer of water between reservoirs out of season.   A copy of the application and any plans and documents submitted with it, may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Danbury Sub Post Office, Main Road, Danbury, between 9th January 1998 and 6th February 1998 (28 days).   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Eastern Area, Cobham Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9JE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
