The A65 Trunk Road (Ilkley) (Restriction) Order

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 82(1) and 83(1) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which comes into operation on 9th February 1998.   The effect of the Order is as described in Issue No. 13891 of The London Gazette, dated 11th December 1997 (Ref. 869).   A copy of the Order, and the relevant plans, have been deposited at the offices of Bradford MDC, at Ilkley Town Hall, where they may be inspected during normal working hours. A copy may also be seen at, or obtained by application to the office of the Director, The Highways Agency, 9th Floor West, City House, Leeds LS1 4UR, quoting Ref.
