Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 15th October 1997 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3rd February 1998, HUEI CHJUIN FLOWERS, of 41 Queen Elizabeth Walk, London N16 5UG, married, a Dependent Territories citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Hung and assumed the surname of Flowers.
