The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order entitled “the Extinguishment of Vehicular Rights (County of Staffordshire) (No. 4) Order 1998”. This Order comes into operation on 24th April 1998, extinguishing any right which persons may have to use vehicles (other than those specified in Schedule 2 to the Order) on a length of Bailey Street, Stafford.   Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, by applying to the office of the Director, Planning, Transport and Environment, Government Office for the West Midlands, 1st Floor, 77 Paradise Circus, Queensway, Birmingham B1 2DT (quoting Ref. Any claim must be served on the Council at its above address within a period of 6 months from 24th April 1998, unless the period is extended in any particular case by the Secretary of State. P. E.
