Notice of intention to adopt and of proposed modifications to proposals for a Unitary Development Plan
London Borough of Camden Unitary Development Plan

The local inquiry into these plan proposals has been held and the report of the person holding the inquiry has been considered by the London Borough of Camden.   The London Borough of Camden propose to modify these plan proposals:   A list of the proposed modifications (other than modifications which the authority are satisfied will not materially affect the content of the plan proposals), with the authority’s reasons for proposing the, are available for inspection at the Environment Department Reception, 5th Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ, from 10th June 1998, the offices are open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Camden Central Library Swiss Cottage, 88 Avenue Road, London NW3 3HA, the Library is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.   Also available for inspection are copies of the plan proposals, the report of the person who held the local inquiry and the authority’s statement of reasons and decisions in the light of the report.   The authority do not intend to accept all of the recommendations in the report. A list of the recommendations which the authority do not intend to accept is available for inspection with the above documents.   Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposed modifications and the intention not to modify the plan proposals in accordance with certain of the recommendations in the report should be sent in writing to Valerie Ruddlesden, Environment Department, Camden Town Hall, Argyel Street, London WC1H 8EQ, before 22nd July 1998.   Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the plan proposals.

Notice of intention to adopt proposals
