Notice of Deposit of Proposals for the Alteration of the East Lindsey Local Plan

East Lindsey District Council has prepared proposals for the alteration of the above plan.   Copies of the proposals are available for public inspection, during office hours at:   Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Manby;   The Town Hall, Louth;   Council Offices, Grand Parade, Skegness;   The Town Hall, Boston Road, Horncastle;   Council Offices, High Street, Spilsby;   Council Offices, Victoria Road, Mablethorpe.   Objections to and representations in respect of the proposals should be sent in writing to:   Director of Planning and Economic Development, East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Lincolnshire LN11 8UP.   Objections and representations should be received on or before 2nd November 1998.   Objections and representations should specify the matter to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made, and may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.   Only objectors whose objections are made in writing and sent to the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 2nd November 1998, will have the right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry.

Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals

  If no objections are received during the period given for making objections, East Lindsey District Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
