In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) No. 006884 of 1998 In the Matter of ALT LANDSCAPES and other cases and in the Matter of sections 172, 263 and 298 of the Insolvency Act 1986 Notice is hereby given that by Order of Mr Justice Lloyd made on 15th December 1998, in the above titled matter: 1. The Office Holder referred to in the column headed “Office Holder” in the second column of the first Schedule below was replaced upon his own Application as Trustee in Bankruptcy in the estate of the individuals mentioned in the first column of that Schedule and John Christopher Moran, of 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy in replacement of the Office Holder. 2. The Supervisor referred to in the column headed “Office Holder” in the second column of the second Schedule below was replaced upon his own Application as Supervisor of the Individual Voluntary Arrangement relating to the individual mentioned in the first column of that Schedule and John Christopher Moran, of 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, was appointed as Supervisor in replacement of the Office Holder. 3. The Office Holder referred to in the column headed “Office Holder” in the second column of the third Schedule below was replaced upon his own Application as Liquidator of the Company referred to in the first column of that Schedule and John Christopher Moran of 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, was appointed as Liquidator in replacement of the Office Holder.
