BURIAL ACT 1853

Notice is hereby given that representations have been made to Her Majesty in Council by the Secretary of State for the Home Department that burials should be discontinued in the following places of burial and that Her Majesty in Council was pleased on 14th March 2001, to order that such representations be taken into account by a Committee of the Privy Council on 25th April 2001:

1. St. Peter’s Churchyard, Barnburgh, Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster;
2. St. Michael’s Churchyard, Bramcote, Nottinghamshire;
3. The Churchyard of St. Mary the Virgin, Holne, Devon;
4. St. Gluvius Churchyard, Penryn, Cornwall.
