Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18th June 2001 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature, LEE ANTHONY ARMOND, of The One Tun Pub, 58-60 Goodge Street, London W1T 4ND, single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Jackman and assumed the surname of Armond.
