Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27 January 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 16 March 2004, by Janet Kibble, of 87 Kings Road, Hayling Island, Hampshire PO11 0PE, the person having parental responsibility for RACHEL GREEN, who is 16 years of age, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rachel Jane Kibble and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Rachel Green. 16 March 2004.
