Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27 May 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 6 July 2004, I, SUSANNE MCSHANE, of 8 Quartz Way, Litherland, Liverpool L21 7RH, married and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Susanne Clarke and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Susanne McShane.
