Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 June 2006, Chukwuemeka Ikezue-Clifford and Janet Ikezue-Clifford, of 34 Ryecroft Road, London SW16 3EQ, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said TOBECHUKWU KENNETH CHUKWUEMEKA IKEZUE-CLIFFORD, who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tobechukwu Kenneth Chukwuemeka Wodu and assumed the name of Tobechukwu Kenneth Chukwuemeka Ikezue-Clifford.
