Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 July 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 July 2006, Catherine Eales as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said CHARLOTTE ALICE ELLIOTT, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Charlotte Alice Eales and assumed the name of Charlotte Alice Elliott.
