Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 November 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 December 2006, P Holland, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of LAYTON KYE HOLLAND, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Morgan and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Holland.
