I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 30 August 2006 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 19 March 2007, I, Naomi Elizabeth Lane, of 56 Copythorne Road, North End, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO2 0EB, the mother of AYSHAELIZABETHLANE, a child and a British Citizen, renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the name of Aysha Elizabeth Gulcin Sakar and assumed the name of Aysha Elizabeth Lane.
