Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated Wednesday 23 May 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 June 2007, Elizabeth Devereux and Anthony John Devereux, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said SPARTACUSDEVEREUX, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Louis Sparticus Devereux and assumed the name of Spartacus Devereux.
