Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 July 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 August 2007, JOHN BOOKWOOD, 22 Sudeley Drive, South Cerney, Cirencester GL7 5XN, is divorced, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of John Booker and assumed the name of John Bookwood.
