Notice is hereby given that by Deed Polls dated 28 August 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 August 2007, by Mr Mahesh Hari Dubariya, formerly known as Maheshkumar Harilal Patel and Mrs Amratben Mahesh Dubariya, formerly known as Amratben Maheshkumar Patel, of 2 The Crossway, Wealdstone, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 7EJ, mother and father having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Kashi Mahesh Dubariya who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kashi Krisha Patel and assumed the name of Kashi Mahesh Dubariya.

Mahesh Hari Dubariya of 2 The Crossway, Wealdstone, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 7EJ, is married a British citizen Act 1981, abandoned the name of Maheshkumar Harilal Patel and assumed the name of Mahesh Hari Dubariya.

Amratben Mahesh Dubariya of 2 The Crossway, Wealdstone, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 7EJ, is married and a Commonwealth citizen under section of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Amratben Maheshkumar Patel and assumed the name of Amratben Mahesh Dubariya.
