Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 January 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 February 2008 R E M Campbell of 35 Maswell Park Crescent, Middlesex TW3 2DR, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said CAMERON STEPHEN MONTGOMERY CAMPBELL who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 11(1)(a) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Cameron Stephen Montgomery Campbell O’Neill and assumed the name of Cameron Stephen Montgomery Campbell.
